1. Who we are

MinerPrices (minerprices.com, "MinerPrices", "we", "us") is operated by CircleHash LLC, a limited liability company organised under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States (Wyoming filing ID 2024-001431792), registered office 1023 E Lincolnway, Cheyenne, WY 82001, principal office 701 Tillery Street, Unit 12 #2503, Austin, TX 78702. These Terms apply to everyone who uses the site ("you"). By using MinerPrices you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What MinerPrices is, and is not

MinerPrices is a free information service. It compares ASIC miners, graphics cards and processors by estimated mining profitability, provides mining calculators, and shows prices that third-party sellers and hosting providers ("Sellers") publish for their products and services.

We do not sell, buy, hold, ship or broker any hardware, hosting or cryptocurrency. We take no orders and no payments, and we are not a party to any contract between you and a Seller. When you follow a link to an offer, you leave MinerPrices and deal with the Seller on its own website and under its own terms.

There are no user accounts on MinerPrices, and you can use every part of the site without giving us any personal information.

3. Estimates, not advice

Profit, revenue, payback and ROI figures are estimates calculated from public network data (difficulty, block rewards), coin prices, exchange rates and the inputs you choose, such as your electricity price. They are refreshed regularly but can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Real results depend on pool fees, downtime, difficulty changes, coin prices, hardware condition, cooling, taxes and other factors.

Nothing on MinerPrices is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy any product or cryptocurrency. Cryptocurrency mining is risky: you can lose the money you spend on hardware, hosting and power. Make your own checks before you buy.

4. Seller information and prices

Offers, prices, stock levels, shipping details and company information come from the Sellers or from their public websites. We check offers against the Sellers' own pages from time to time, but we cannot guarantee that a price, stock level or description is current or accurate. The Seller's own website and terms always prevail. A "Verified" label means the Seller's identity and company were checked at the time of review; it is not a guarantee of any product, delivery or transaction, and we are not responsible for what a Seller does or fails to do.

Always confirm the price, the exact model and hashrate, the condition, the payment terms and the delivery date with the Seller before you pay. Be cautious with prices far below the market, requests to pay by untraceable methods, and Sellers you cannot verify.

5. Links to other websites

MinerPrices links to Sellers, hosting providers, tools and other websites that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products, security or privacy practices. Some links may be paid or sponsored; such links are marked as sponsored in the page code, and any paid placement will be labelled as such on the page. When you follow a link to a Seller, we add a referral tag (for example utm_source=minerprices.com) so the Seller can see that the visit came from us.

6. Content and use of the site

The site, its design, texts, calculators and data compilations belong to CircleHash LLC or its licensors. You may use the site for your own information and research. You may not copy or republish substantial parts of it, scrape or bulk-download its data, or resell it, without our written permission. Product names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the products and companies concerned.

Do not interfere with the site, overload it, probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission, or use it for anything unlawful. Security reports are welcome at info@minerprices.com.

7. Availability

The site is free. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time, and we do not promise that it will be available without interruption or free of errors.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about its accuracy, completeness, availability or fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or loss arising from your dealings with a Seller or from decisions you make based on the site. Because the site is free, our total liability for any claim relating to it is limited to USD 100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, or the mandatory rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts or under your local law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
