About this miner
The Goldshell DG Max is an ASIC miner by Goldshell for the Scrypt algorithm, rated at 6.50 GH/s on 3,400 W. It came out in October 2024. At 523.1 J/GH it uses 69% more power per hash than the median Scrypt miner we track (310.0 J/GH). At $0.036/kWh its power costs more than it earns mining LTC + DOGE (−$0.21 a day), so it only pays with cheaper electricity. The best price on MinerPrices is $1,790. At 70 dB it belongs in a dedicated mining site or hosting facility.
